This is the official "call for presentations" for the Virginia State Firefighters Conference/Expo. August 5, 6, 7, 8, 2027. The Conference will be held in Wytheville, Virginia

Presentation subject matter can include but is not limited to: strategy and tactics; EMS, ICS, leadership; management; safety and health; recruitment & retention, new initiatives/concepts/trends; case studies; etc. Hands on Training 'HOT' Classes Welcome<

Anyone interested in presenting at the Conference/Expo should submit the following information:

H.O.T. Class

Typically, we will cover lodging and travel if necessary; and provide a full conference registration to chosen presenters. Except for special circumstances, reimbursement is for a maximum of one presenter for 1 to 1.5 hour sessions; and a maximum of two presenters for all other sessions.

Since the Conference/Expo is for the benefit of 1st responders, any expenses related to your presentation that can be absorbed by you or your organization would be greatly appreciated.
