Ride With Us Episode and PSAs Now Available to Help with Fire Department Recruitment
The National Volunteer Fire Council (NVFC) has partnered with Cottage Lane Productions to develop a new episode of the firefighter recruitment series Ride With Us. The series takes prospective volunteers into the firehouse to show them what it’s like to be a volunteer firefighter.
The new episode focuses on the use of tankers/tenders as well as shows candid discussion with members of the fire service about why they volunteer. In addition to the full-length episode, there are also a series of stand-alone public service announcements that can be shared via web sites, social media, and during recruitment events to encourage the public to volunteer.
