It is with sadness that we report that Norman Rice, Past President VSFA passed away on Friday evening. Norman was member of the Clifton Forge Volunteer Fire Department. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
Visitation will be Sunday from 6-8 at Nicely Funeral Home in Clifton Forge, Va.
Service will be at 2:00 PM on Monday at the Funeral Home.
