Standard Booth Rate: $600 per 10’x10′
Includes the Following: 100 sq. ft. Exhibit Space (pipe & drape construction), Company ID Sign, One (1) 6’ draped skirted table, 2 chairs, and waste can. Company Name/Link on Event Website and in the Event Program, (2) Staff Exhibit Hall Badges

Standard Apparatus Rate: $700 per 20’x30′
Includes the Following: 600 sq. ft. Exhibit Space – for Display of Brush Truck, Ambulance, small specialized vehicle, etc. Company Name/Link on Event Website and in the Event Program, (2) Staff Exhibit Hall Badges

Standard Fire Engine Rate: $800 per 20’x40′
Includes the Following: 800 sq. ft. Exhibit Space – for Display of Engines or Light Duty Squad Trucks. Company Name/Link on Event Website and in the Event Program, (2) Staff Exhibit Hall Badges

Standard Ladder Truck Rate: $1,000 per 20’x50′
Includes the Following: 1000 sq. ft. Exhibit Space – for Display of Telesquirt, Heavy Duty Squad or Ladder Truck ONLY. Company Name/Link on Event Website and in the Event Program, (2) Staff Exhibit Hall Badges

Attendee Bag Stuffer – $100
Submit a company brochure for inclusion in the conference attendee bag. Company name listed as a sponsor in the conference program and on our website.

Vendor Reception to be held on Friday in Exhibit Hall from 4:30-6:30 PM

POWER/TELEPHONE, DRAYAGE, STORAGE, ADDITIONAL TABLES, and LABOR ETCThese services will be provided exclusively by DUNMAR EXHIBITS.  Order forms may be downloaded from the Exhibitor page @ www.vsfa.org.

Cancellation:  Cancellation request must be in writing and received no later than close of business July 15, 2018.  A $100 cancellation fee will be assessed. NO EXCEPTIONS
