The Millennial generation (those born between 1980-1999) is the largest cohort in history, with over 80 million Americans falling into this group.1 For the fire service, this is the largest population of potential new members to be introduced to the industry. It is critical for organizational survival to integrate and embrace the talents this population has to offer.
