As you are aware, many places in our country are coping with devastating effects of natural disasters. The need to staff up Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) resources and provide critical training to deliver assistance is impacting every branch and location of the Agency. As a key component of the Nation’s training arm, the National Emergency Training Center is preparing for a large surge of individuals to be housed on campus to support the disaster mission.
In order to help support local and state efforts through FEMA assistance, during the recent natural disasters, the National Fire Academy (NFA) is canceling you upcoming class as part of the Virginia/Tennessee State Weekend Program.
